I just found one, if you go in the park and follow the line of hills just outside of the fence by the car, you can walk off the level, and you die. You get two options, heaven test for 500 hearts or hospital test for 0. I have not tried hospital test yet but heaven test sends you to this glitchy ass place with some trees where you can walk to your car. I guess it's something he plans on using later.
