No. Most of them will have a lewd size.
However there are models with two pillowcases, the outer being the front/back view of your waifu with clothes, Then, you can remove the outer pillowcase and have the pillow only with the inner one. That is the lewd size. However prices are like 150-166% of the original one.

Avoid Chinese peach skin shit. Support artists and circles that make the things you like and that a lot of those Chinese stores steal from. Also, official dakimakura are not always bad. In fact, if you want non-lewd, official is usually the way to go.
Check Dakemakura and Evening Call. They're Japanese doujin circles that ship overseas and their covers seem really nice; I can personally vouch for Dakemakura. There's also a Chinese circle S-Lolita or somethng with their own artists on Taobao. Also check AmiAmi and Mandarake.

I would also check Pixiv with character+daki tag and see if there are any good artists. Some supply a link to a store (mostly at taobao) like OP's Miku, which is by Noodle and can be found at https://achobby.world.taobao.com/ . Low quality copies are also all over ebay and amazon sadly. I wouldn't buy anything there.

Yes this is quite troublesome. It seems its the same case as with her V3 Miku. Two costumes with safe sides and one with a mix of lewd. X-ones are definitely lewd but thats about it. The seller could answer you on taobao (i had no luck) or you could just ask the artist on Pixiv. This has worked before.

Taobao sellers are mostly the main channel for some of the artists to sell these. The taobao sellers mentioned earlier are the "official" one. Some of the characters also might not have official dakis and even then then the quality is meh.

Licensed Dakimakura such as Movic brand also come in 160. I'm not sure there is an official size since both COSPA and Movic are licensed brands. Personally i prefer 150 so that the pillow is an inch longer in width and causes the Dakimakura overall to super puff up. This works well with twill material.
