Can we have a thread dedicated to yakuza? I want to see some cool pictures.
But that's a Bosozoku (out-of-control tribe) member. In their height, Bosozoku weren't actually part of the Yakuza, but exceptional members were allowed membership into low ranks after turning 20.
These were very popular before the 2000's since back then, there weren't a lot of laws in place to arrest these unruly bike modifiers. They caused a lot of mischevious trouble like speeding, driving without a helmet, running red lights, and more aggressive things like starting fights with each other and terrorizing people with wooden swords and baseball bats. They were also known to gather in the hundreds and slowly drive through suburban areas, blocking traffic and making tons of noise.
They were also known to hate gaijin, so I hope you weren't actually referring to seeing cool pictures of gaijin being terrorized by bosozoku members.
