I love the idea behind the character.
But her outfit is really bad.
I personally love Hecatia and her stupid dumb outfit, because the idea of her being image-conscious enough to try to keep up with modern fashion trends and doing a shitty job at it is adorable to me. Is it because she gets her info from the latest arrivals in Hell, and their info is either outdated or they're lying like motherfuckers? Does her ability to be in three places at once cause to her get confused about what is "in" and where? Or does she just simply have bad taste?
Whatever the case, her fashion sense combined with her age gives me the feeling of a Christmas cake who is refusing to go quietly into that dark night, and the more she fails to convey her fading youth the more desperate and drastic her attempts become.
