Yeah, the thing about okuu is that she really needs a good wall to keep her E+R combo going, especially since she has too low of a strength gain to keep her in enemies faces, and she's easily interrupted by a disable that prevents her from doing her full damage. She's even more incredibly squishy once you level ult twice forcing you to drain health for mana to cast all of your abilities.

There are also plenty of abilities that give truesight to deward. Wriggle and Momiji especially. Momiji can actually sent her invisible pups over to ward spots, use her global true sight there, and deward from anywhere on the map. Although the best dewarding in the game may not outweigh the fact that she's pretty underwhelming in every other regard.

Tie between Sakuya and Rumia from what I've seen so far. Rumia will absolutely ball out of control if you don't ground her laning phase to a fucking halt with an iron boot heel with little to nothing you can do about it. Sakuya gets free teamwipes until enemies build the yukkuri hex item.

I'd say just pick beefy who can spam spells in lane to go against Rumia. Whenever I play her against a squishy int hero in lane, I get easy kills and then snowball. Not so much when they can bully me in lane equally as hard or be able to take a few hits.
I'll tell you one thing though; Kanako shits all over Rumia, but do NOT put Kanako in a lane against her, she will be crushed and give loads of strength to Rumia. I always find Kanako extremely difficult to deal with, due to the constant aoe stunning that happens around her, and that the bigass circle is a pain in the ass to deal with as a melee carry.

Byakuren is a pretty weird character from what I've seen. Melee, heavily scales off of items, but her skill set is really terrible for carrying and not particularly useful for supporting.
