You think this is hard? Wait till you get to that vertically falling danmaku with hundreds stars from both sides on the last stage without fairies, I think it was 3rd checkpoint.
Also, as Sanae you are more likely to destroy the fairies faster in the one you're having problem with, my strategy is to stay as close to the left side and look for gaps to pass trough, when the red ones appear you move into the middle and dodge it from there, one wrong move and you'll find yourself trapped. Holding shift all the time is a bad idea.
