How much of Comiket doujins are not porn? I never went to one but I only saw very few non-erotic doujinshi in my life, maybe I'm biased because I only got to see the doujins that reach the western market though.
However I've heard somewhere that over 90% of all material there is indeed pornographic, if the majority of doujinshis are indeed hentai material I'm amazed by the amount of people who are willing to go there every year to buy porn.

Depends on the series they parody in cases. 2hu has like a 2/3 to 3/4 part for non-h. The section for non-H is almost as big as the one for everything else 2hu (hentai, music, games, etc.). Kancolle has probably a higher porn rate, not sure about all the gay series but they probably are mostly Char A x Char B, but most still not R-18.
In general, the majority is not porn.
