You will definitely have trouble going in and out due to your dick's natural erection angle, especially when forcing your dick to go downwards against the erection.

Kiwami is great and is an well rounded hip in my opinion. It does have a cleaning tunnel that joins both holes at the end, so it makes cleaning easier. The downside to the conjoined tunnels is the loss of lube and liquid. It takes a while until you know how to apply the lube and where, but that isn't much of a downside.
