Yoppi is basically a side route, same with the teacher, so their routes are shorter.
Otherwise the main routes are all about the same length, Sunao doesn't really have events before the route because they are the same as Yoppi's, but that's about it.

The teacher's voice is more quiet than anyone else in my game for some reason, despite being fine in the sound settings. I had to turn everyone else down and voices up overall for it to be balanced. I mean, I sometimes dial down high-pitched voices, but hers was half the volume of everyone else's.
Finished the main route Kyonyuu fantasy 3. Compared to 1 and the original 2, the main route wasn't that much shorter. From the looks of the cg room though there definitely doesn't look like there will a lengthy side route like the bodyguard and elf kingdom routes. Now for spoilersI wasn't kinda of half expecting but I was still a little disappointed that yuri ended up the god emperor. It was obvious when there wasn't another emperor candidates being introduced besides the current emperor's sons but it just feels extra weird since the setting is the roman empire. Surely there has to be more people around the age of 40~60 with consul experience who can qualify to be the emperor besides two twenty years old.[/spoilers]
Also looks like they're definitely allowing room for more post stories. At the very least there should be a gaiden that takes place during the invasion of the Parthian Empire and then maybe in gaiden 2 yuri can finally fuck athena

The thing I've noticed about the story which makes it seem weaker than the original is that it seems to me that Yurina seems to be a lot more laid back and less cunning compared to Ryuto. Yurina is still likeable from his personality but most of the time his god abilities give him such a huge advantage that he doesn't need to be too smart to solve problems. How he faced the different gladiators and the swamp fight does make him seem somewhat tactical but is not truly challenged on an equal level, I mean the doesn't even need to rest after he uses his abilities unless that's the reason he sleeps all the fucking time. His powers and being wise led to his power but it seems like a natural progression for a god who has captured the hearts of the people.
It was jarring to see some of the poor art on the CGs. Some of those cg faces are incredibly amateurish and there is that one Constancia scene I remember looking like it was really low res apart from the detail on the accessories. Development was probably rushed?
However, I really like the setting and the art design. I haven't seen the roman style at all in VNs and it's a nice departure from typical fantasy and modern settings.It was cool to see the different well known parts of roman society in the colosseum, the senate, communical baths, aquaducts and those weird dining beds. The god theme fits well with KF's story as well. Though God of Paizuri is stupidly ridiculous I find it hilarious along with his paizuri blessings. Overall it's nice to see them keep the humor and the lighthearted plot style they use throughout the series. In the end, the best part has to be the magical orc circlejerk.

It's simple to write and it will FEEL more fleshed out like video games with just sparkly graphics to mask the shit behind, but as you say production rushed...Hmm... is there actually anything that suggests the plot in KF3 is connected to the other KF games? I just started playing Evenicle and I can already see how it could be someone's favourite of the year. I'm already excited just from the opening - I haven't played a real JRPG since Ni No Kuni came out in 2010 (or finished one since Golden Sun: The Lost Age on the GBA in 2002 believe it or not) and this opening is really making me enthusiastic. I keep thinking: Wow, 3D battle sprites! Anyway, looking forward to a good game.

When I fap to nukige, I basically just skim. Skip enough to go through quickly, read enough to know what's going on and listen to the dialogue. You don't have to worry about missing anything because it's a nukige after all. It's not like you're reading it for the deep writing. The text pretty much just serves for context.

Not really, the only part of the story that has any new content is the Gaiden 2 portion and even then there was really only 1 notable moment. They really butcher the characterization of some of the heroines as well.

Generally the scenes in the series are integrated well enough that there isn't Scene -> Scene -> Scene. The only times when that happen are in the ending of the games and when the plot slows down for character interaction/progression
However as the series goes along they get worse with it and start to bunch them all up as seen in 2IF and 3. It's still progresses better than what generally happen in moege routes though

The plot and characters for KF1 are pretty good for nukige. The overall lighthearted tone of the story, humor and the likable interesting characters makes me like the game despite the flaws in its plot. The series always has a purely "rags to riches" story and deus ex machina shit just sometimes happens for the mc but the mc is likeable to glance over his moments of good fortune. Besides, Ryuto generally sorts out problems without it and in these parts of the story is what makes him a likeable character. There are some great character development for certain characters. It's a great harem nukige, there is a good development story to the relationship with each heroine that kinda acts like an arc for the main story. There are also short additional paths for most of the heroines that break away from the main plot like a side alternative story.

It really depends on what you mean by "happen."
Games finally became playable for most people in 2006, 6 years after the console's release. But the compatibility was still low, and it's been a gradual increase since then.
PS3 emulation simply doesn't have the sort of effort being put towards emulating it that the PS2 had, though. That's the main reason it won't see an emulator any time soon.

Hanasaki is definitely up there for best game of the year, but the true end and some of the girls routes weren't that well thought out.
Sakura no Uta had its moments, but had a lot of unnecessary bloat and weird-looking art in places.
Overall I'd say Evenicle gave me the most enjoyment out of them all.

I just realized that I spent this year procrastinating more than actually playing anything.
Best: Bansenjin. Not as good as I was expecting plot wise, but the new heroines were great, plus the new BGMs and production values were fantastic as always. Some great lines made it the most memorable title of 2015 for me.
Most disappointing: Utawarerumono 2, though it certainly wasn't outright bad. Too much time spent on SoL stuff, delaying the re-reveal of the first game's main twist and the main story ends with unresolved plot threads just when the game was about to get actually interesting. Gameplay wise there were genuine improvements, but only the half amount of battles compared to original and they were too easy.
