I've been trying for weeks on /r/ but no one replied so I'll try here. Does anyone have "The History and Culture of Japanese Food" by Ishige Naomichi in pdf or knows where to download it? Or any similar books in English aout the history of japanese food

Yep but the Slavic shithole of a country I live in doesn't have it anywhere. I checked the databases of all the college,national and local libraries in the region and found nothing.

Maybe /lit/ could help you aswell, finding a rare book seems to be a reasonable thread.
