I save all of the pics I download from 4chan in a folder called 4chan.
I save all the pictures of your mom in a folder called Sluts I fucked
I save pictures from imgur and tumblr all the time and rename them to a 4chan filename. 0 fucks given

Mostly the terrible handling of galleries (oh gosh, we can't possibly show more than one image if you don't have javascript enabled!), but they also try to do stupid things with file formats that don't work. For example, if you have a link to a webm hosted on imgur, and you try to download it, it won't work, because they don't actually serve up the webm over that URL. Instead, they serve up their own shitty format, which you have to click around in to download.
So if you have a list of 50 URLs, you can't just download them all. You have to open up each one in a browser, wait for their stupid code to try and load a format you didn't ask for, then manually get the version you actually want.

Touhou images are almost always drawn in an anime style so I really don't see the problem.
I actually have 4 directories in my pics directory. The first one is for tohoshit, the second is for anything else I save on the internets. Third is for screenshots and the last is used to store wallpapers. I do not give a fuck where does everybody save their pics.

Are you quoting me? I never said anything like that. You can download, obviously, but you have to pick one of the file extensions that works. It's a step that I shouldn't have to do, and which I don't have to do on a sane file hosting service.

I save all my pictures I save from the internet in one huge folder. I used to put porn in a different folder but recently I stopped doing that, too.

I save my Touhou pics inside my Touhou folder, which also has my anime folder in it. The anime folder has multiple folders inside of it, including the Dark Souls folder, which in turn contains some Touhou in it. It just kind of happened.
