And even then, the only things that could stand a chance would be something that can stand a chance in a danmaku fight. This is where shoot em up space ships are the only thing that could give her a fight, because both live their lives by dodging a million of bullets, all aimed to them. Ergo, something like the R-type ship for example, can stand a chance against fighting Reimu, or even any other 2hu character. They'd still lose because 2hu bitches are cheating whores, the only thing that they'd beat would be Fairies (Cirno included) and 1st stage bosses.

As far I know Yuyuko, Reimu and Yukari together will lose to Eiki and any youkai can't really do shit to a Lunarian fighting seriously.
And even if she can destroy Gensokyo in one move, that doesn't really mean anything, because she's the manager of the barrier afterall, remove that and Gensokyo gets destroyed in a domino effect. It's not any harder than removing the plug from a server.

This was half misinterpretation half mistranslation. That text notes that because Gensokyo could be said to be defined by the boundary that the Hakurei Barrier demarcates, having something that can control boundaries means that spaces like Gensokyo can be created or destroyed by manipulating these kinds of boundaries. It's speaking theoretically and also isn't strictly about Gensokyo being "destroyed" in the traditional sense, nor does it imply that Yukari could do this easily, if she could at all.
That being said, Gensokyo is seemingly a pretty fragile construct to begin with. It might not be too difficult to destroy if the effort was really put in, and in that case being able to destroy Gensokyo doesn't really mean a whole lot.
