Other things I found:
The new types are Alice, Patchy, Flan, Remi and Cirno.
Cirno is actually cold! If you let her get near other yukkuri without putting a sweater on them, they'll immediately start crying and go blue from cold.
Lots of phrases added, more than I can list.
There's a Love Mode and Violence Mode like in Breed/Collection.
New area, Ruins. It's an abandoned house.
Park's been cleaned up, the shrubs are gone so it's easier to keep track of yukkuri.
Love Point system, like the points in YBC. Spawning yukkuri from machines costs 100 points, but you gain them from different things.

It took me a long time to find a Remi, and yeah her eyes are open. Bluesnow is likely just building the yukkuri off of the same model and changing eye colors. Flan must be a rare too, the one I found was worth a base of around 2100 points.

It seems like each yukkuri has a cap on the meter, the higher it is the better quality/attitude the thing has. Farty shitheads will almost always have a low start value compared to normal yukkuri of that kind, and the cap will be way lower than others.

Ran crashed mine a few days ago, never spawned but the game went to like 1fps and never recovered.
I'm loving the graphical improvements.
The only thing that's tough now is the house being so small. I hope the next large update adds a room or two, full-size yukkuri take up a lot of space. YBC's house was great for keeping multiple families, but anything over 10 yukkuri in YD gets crowded.

You basically have to beat her to within an inch of her life. Might have to do it a couple times. Of course, there's a bug where if you take them to a new area, or reload the game, they'll revert to being a shithead, so it's pretty much not worth trying.

Yeah, it's definitely a problem. The AI also could stand to get fixed up a bit. Currently, you put a few in the big room, and they'll all congregate to one corner. If you've got more than 5 or 6, it gets really annoying trying to fish out kos.

Yeah with the newest update bluesnow's added some graphics options as well as upping the yukkuri limit. Mine tend to wake up, rub on each other for about 10 ingame hours, nap, wake up and rub some more, and then sleep till about 6-7am game time. With only that one room (even with doors open they don't wander all that much) it's hard to find newborn kos and make sure they're all getting food.
If you don't feed predator-types enough, they'll start chomping other yukkuri even if they're niceheads, so this can be an issue too.
It might just be random, but Remilias seem to mate a LOT. I've had to start trashing Koremilias because I'd have dozens of them otherwise.

I've ended up splitting the groups into three places. Tossed two of the super-large yukkuri I've had awhile in the bathroom with a couple kos since Love Mode doesn't seem to allow drowning, and another 4 in the kitchen though all the boxes and table make them hard to keep track of. Speaking of which, new update: the trash can is replaced with a cardboard box, and there's an extra button that lets you sell a yukkuri you're holding from anywhere (as opposed to taking it to and putting it in a box). From what I can glean from the patch notes, he's added a new starvation death when Maricha is hanging from the hook. He's also added a hook death where Maricha cries until she dries out, which will happen after a while if she doesn't starve first. It seems you'll be able to sell the dried Marichas in the future.

Android version of Diary got a small update, adding in some of the unique hats from bluesnow's old game. I've seen angel wings/halo and the three fruit hats, and have heard that the kotatsu and trash bag are also back.
PC, as of this post, hasn't gotten the update yet.

I bought a fuckton but could only find Santa hat, plastic bag, wings/halo, kotatsu, and balloon. Didn't get any fruit. Didn't see any bunny or frog ears.
The wings and balloon can make them fly.
Also, kotatsu yukkrui aren't affected by the cold.
Do you need to be in winter to get kotatsu?

It seems that way. In November I got Kotatsu and Santa hats. In June I got frog ears and umbrellas. In March I got bunny ears. Didn't look more into it than that.
Balloons, plastic bags, and wings were in all seasons.

Small update tonight, he added the cow, which will eat yukkuri, and updated the home area (bigger yard).
Yukkuri are also dirty sometimes, and you can clean them in the bath.
Is anyone else missing smooth movement from previous game?
Do you think we'll eventually be able to enter this house or is it just a background?

Won't eat'em in love mode. Honestly though, the cow's still pretty chill. Just follows you around and gets stuck in the ruins constantly.
Also, I enjoy the fact that you can now punish Remilias and stop them from eating other Yukkuri. Watching one get born and immediately take a chunk out of its "mom" was pretty hilarious though.

Was playin Yukkuri and chose to go to ruins
got sent to some sort of beta room or something? There was just a bunch of dancing yukkuri floating and sitting on a counter

You might have clicked the one under ruins by accident. The red name locations are new places, but the yukkuri can't be interacted with and just sit there. Lots of weird kinds, too, like hot air balloons, trains, sushi and mushrooms.
