I did notice something, actually. Cici's made some pretty good masks, so it's clear that there's no lack of skill with his design work. But all the best ones are for himself, his company, or connections, while most clients get with ones like that blonde Strike Witches character.
Thought it was favoritism at first, but he recently made a Aoi Exorcist mask for someone from Brazil who I don't think has any connections to him. So I think the trick to getting a custom from Cici is that you have to be very specific and make it clear what you want with the design.
