We don't know the exact droprates, but Jeanne drops quite frequently, it's not crazy high droprate, but it's not bad either. I personally got 1 drop of Moloch when I hit 3 hearts, so around 85~ kills. It's almost impossible to say what the actualy droprate of cards is though, we don't really have a big enough sample size to say anything relevant.
Also, it's been bugging me for a while, but please refrain from calling Jeanne "Jean". There is already a card in the game called Jean and while this event is going on it might seem obvious what card you are referring to, it might not be in the future.
Also do everything to get H.Hades.
Forget about ranking without her in near future unless they nerf this skill into oblivion.

Likeability for Moloch was a hell to max, holy crap what a bitch. She hasn't dropped for me aswell yet. The difference of having no FAW area is notable for sure since the bonus area mostly sucks.

Nah its pure FAWK for 60-70k rank point kills.
LAWK is still 2x null 2x unleash 1x att/deff buffer.
You need skill blocks and def bonus to do nice damage to LAW.

The answer to this is pretty obvious and you figured it out yourself it seems.
LAW teams and FAW teams are vastly different now that we have units that hit multiple times with one proc. FAW and AW battles are all about doing as much overkill damage as possible before you "accidentally" kill the FAW. LAW batlles are about surviving and tapping her down slowly, since you can't just kill her in 1 burst.

I'm at 96% of 5-3 and I'm not sure if I'll finish the event in time. It now takes me 3-4 battle points as a best case scenario to defeat regular archwitches on my own - I've had decent drops so far but lately they've been a lot of garbage.

You should not be soloing AWs if you can't kill them in 1 BP. Add people that are high level from the spreadsheet and join an alliance. Even then you can have your AW on hold and just finish the areas without encountering any more AWs.

The appearance rate gets better the more tickets you use. You get 11% appearance rate per ticket used. There is no reason to save USTs, unless of course you want an event SR for ranking points and the 10x damage skill. Then you can save a ton of them and blow them all hoping to get one.

Unless there is GSR buffer like last event or unleasher (got talisman from x2 from UST) GSR card will screw ranking unit. Cant put it most times in salvo or h.hades unit.
Salvo unit will get 50k on faw, h.hades 60-70k. If you put criter like current rank SR card it screws your points even with +50% points.

Do everything you can to get a GUR H.Hades, you will regret it later if you don't get her. As for Loveberry. I think Jean is more important, so I would advise against not farming her if you don't already have Atalanta. The safe way of getting Loveberry will always be farming cookies, even if she has a 10% drop chance (which is highly unlikely) you can still get fucked over by bad RNG. My guess is the droprate is similar to special enemies, so around 5%.

Newbie who couldn't get past 5-3 here.
I got a couple of Parentalia, as well as a couple of Mercury, from grinding AWs which I can consider to be a great success for this event.
I'm at 1096 cookies and if I get to 1250 should I trade in for Candy? Sounds like everyone is instead talking about Loveberry.

Candy is actually really good. I was the one who suggested Loveberry earlier but that's because she's a turn skipper and they're useful even in the late game. Candy won't do you wrong though, she's good in both grinding Campaign and in PVP (Duel and Alliance Ultimate Battle) If you already have Parentalia she's not as useful because they have the same skill. Can't hurt to have more than one AOE on your team anyway. Also you might still want her because she's dark instead of light but at SR she won't be as useful to you compared to Parentalia. She's been released every Halloween so if you want her now because she's cute you can probably get a second next year if you're a completionist and still plan on being around in a year.
Of course save up for Hades if you can but if what you want is Candy and she's what you can afford you won't be disappointed.

Only takes 2. You just need to evolve her to HUR to be able to upgrade to GUR. It's possible for you to get a 2nd. Also, as long as you send you aren't being a leech, it's helpful for ranking players.

This is assuming that he is able to do EH. I still wouldn't use cookies on slimes, you can live without them for a little while. You should try to get a 2nd H.Hades, she will be essential for any good team in the near future, who knows when a new card with a similar skill comes? Even if you don't have a team to back her up right now I would do everything to get her. If you don't manage to get her go for literally anything but slimes in there, you can get a bunch of useful stuff with cookies.
When it comes to slimes and leveling up your cards I recommend simply just not leveling them straight away and kill AWs with the cards, it doesn't take many kills to max level HSR cards. If you can't kill AWs just wait until you get another slime, no rush.

Airship docks are at the bottom of the list when it comes to spending jewels. They don't really do anything for you. Level up your magic school first, you also need 2000 jewels for level 10 kingdom if you don't have that yet.
The best way to get slimes is EH. This isn't exactly an option for everyone obviously, so your second best choice is farming AWs. You can spend maiden tickets and right now cookies on slimes, but I would advise against it since there are much better things you can buy with this currency.

In Campaign 2, they are emoticon funnels for Oracle. The conversation sprites are much more animated there and only there. Presumably Hades has similar too though I've yet to meet her in Campaign.

What's the best way to grind for cookies? I have enough for 1 Hades, but I'm still around 1600 away from the next one. I've been grinding Witch Gates and Progress points at 5-2, but I don't think I'm being efficient with my Vitality and BP.

The way I go is farming 1-1 until I run out of BP then spend the remainder of my vit looking for Loveberry.
Loveberry costs no BP and drop 10-15 cookies. If you have extra vit to spare when your BP is gone grind for special areas.

Clear the entire area once, then either spam 1-1 in hope of a bonus area to proc or slay every AW/FAW you encounter. It really depends what you have more of, valkyrie shoes or swords.
I decided to dick around with Flip summon, and I got some chick named Lilim who "Greatly increases a single ally's ATK / 15% chance" at level 1. I've never seen "greatly increases" before... Should I replace one of my buffers with her? I'm a newfriend to the game so all I have are 2 SR buffers that both do +200% atk to entire team, 1 HSR Soul Conductor, and 2 UR critters.. Does Lilim fit in there?

Lilim was the most OP card in the game for a long time. The buff she gives is 1000% increased attack to a single ally. Which means, if the buff lands on one of your URs you will easily kill FAWs. I would use her in your team instead of soul conductor.

I don't have her, but I havn't heard anything about this nerf. It is possible though. It doesn't really change anything. A 900% buff on a UR critter should give you 999k crits, URs usually have 3 procs, which means you have almost guaranteed 3m damage if the buff lands on a critter.

Can you please tell me where you get that information? All the cards in the game say something like "Increase attack by 200%" or in this case "Greatly increase attack". In the first case the math done is exactly what I did in my example.

You can test this if you don't believe me and have a 200% buffer. It will double the damage of your cards, not triple. So unless Lilim for some reason has a completely different calculation, you are wrong.

I use 350% (dark) / 350% (all) buffers and I simply see the difference in my damage. It's +350% (base*4.5). 100k hits turn into ~450k hiits.
Also, straight from the wiki:
"Buffer: Usually designated for ATK buffer. They buff by increasing by %, so a 200% buffer triples your damage."

I used Fenrir a lot. without buff it's roughly ~40k DMG and after her 450% buff it's ~230k
Now I use Cirno and DMG goes from ~40k to ~200k which is ~DMGx5 for a 400% buff.
The text "Greatly increase attack" can also be interpreted as "critical ATK buff", as your card will do a basic attack at 10x DMG, which is aquivalent to a "critical DMG" proc.

Maybe you're confused because there's a difference between buff percentage and "deal x% damage" skills.
If something increases your ATK by 200%, it effectively triples your ATK and it's okay, it works as intended. However, if something deals 200% passion damage, it doubles your damage and, once again, there's nothing wrong with that.
You'll get used to it in not time.

I recommend never using slimes to upgrade slimes. Just go for the 18 N cards since you will have a ton of them that you don't need. Short version is.
SR -> Lv. 50 = 1 Lv. 27 slime + arcana blessing and training.
HSR -> Lv. 60 = 2 Lv. 27 slime + arcana blessing and training.
UR -> Lv. 70 = 4 Lv. 27 slime + arcana blessing and training.
HUR -> Lv. 80 = 1 Lv. 50 SR.
GUR -> Lv. 90 = 1 Lv. 50 SR + Arcana training OR arcana blessing.

I'm sitting at like 60 slimes rotting away in my presents. Ever since I levelled SRs in ~10 AW battles, I've only used them for URs. Not surprisingly, the rate I get slimes is much faster than URs.
Right now my team is 4 turn delay, all allies 200%, all passion 100%, self 300%, and an unleasher. I just got H Hades, who should I replace? Also, should I replace the 4 turn skipper with a 3 turn skipper that has 2 procs (instead of 1)?

I'm not sure H.Hades would help your current team. She needs a lot of buffs to be useful and her primary function is overkill on FAWs. Her position in the team is primary attacker, so if you want to try her out you should replace your primary with her. I wouldn't recommend it though unless you have another unleasher to throw in to your team.

I forgot that AW Field was this troublesome when you don't have any nuller xD

I put my extra Summer Oracle in team 2 with Elemental Queen, Huang Long, Vampire Victoria, and HUR Hyper Alchemist. The rest are GURs.
Team 1 LAW team being Chocolatier, Redeye, Jean, Huang Long, and Summer Oracle.
When Halloween Hades is ready to go I'll let you know how it goes but Victoria kills so damn fast, 3-5 turns and I'm over 6,000,000. If nothing else Hades has to be good for that.

While MS helps with encounter rate which saves vit and now vit is quite important for spaming 1-1 to get laws.
Yddg is nice when you spam swords or use tweeter refill but only that while MS improved encounter rate helps to avoid normal fights which are pain for new players...

I saw something about bonus areas for clearing the final even area. How do those work exactly?

When you finish 5-4 you can spawn these bonus areas. Basically whenever you clear an area (this can be any area) you have a chance (I think it's around 30%) to spawn a bonus area. Oracle will tell you every time you spawn one so it should be fairly obvious. These areas give you direct encounters with FAW, so no AW fights. You also get to fight Slime Queens which can drop arcana, slimes and other useful stuff. In this event you also got to fight Loveberry with a small chance of SR drop from her. Finally you have a chance to spawn LAWs in this area.
In general you should be doing these bonus areas, but it might be really difficult for new players. It requires a lot of vit and a good alliance to fight the FAW/LAW spawns for you.

You can try to clear the nearest "castle area" for some free jewels. You'll need them for Yggdrasils and Magic School. It's okay if you ignore them, though - you'll get some during the next event.

I got my two Jeannes a day ago after starting near the beginning of October. It helps to be in an active alliance that has people farming the event. I probably poked about 200 Laws and found almost 30 myself.

As a newer player, I've found that more bp is better. I don't play this game every single hour of the day so my higher bp count utilizes "regen" bp and tweeter bp. I don't find normal fights a pain and have no problem getting witch encounters in comparison to bp/vit ratio.

Guys I have got over 4,5k leftover cookies and don't know what to make out of them. I already have got GUR H.Hades, same goes for FAW&AW and all witch gate's girls except Jack (Only one UR).

So I just started this game a few days ago and I felt lucky getting a GSR Griffin. I've got 0 chance of getting anything in the 8 hours before the event ends.

The AM/Chaos event was special. There wasn't an event map.
You had to hunt 12 limited enemies in the normal map in order to get the Thanatos needed for amalgamation.
Angra Mainyu was the AW. I could only get one, since I started playing the game in the event before (the Alice one).

Celestia is goddamn brutal. Her buddies have skip 3 and attack buffing skills and they seem to

Also, soloing a LAW to the point where you have to spend 20bp isn't cost efficient, you're better off finding a more active alliance and hunting F/AWs with said bp.

Well yeah, there are always ways to recover bp but why spend it unnecessarily in the first place? I mean, why waste swords when you don't have to? It's always nice to have an absurd amount of swords at your disposal for when/if you want to rank. I felt that way with my first alliance as well, but after awhile and realizing that it would get me nowhere I found a more active one, and still in to this day. The decision is up to you but the extra alliance battle rewards are always nice (especially for newer players).
Is a crit build still the easiest to make a AW killing team? Right now I've got polaris as a buffer and a few unevolved critters but it still seems like even if the atk buff procs i'm stil not doing a whole lot of damage

LAW hits you for 60-200 (depending with how many debufs you land) crits 1-3k range.
Its good to keep 1-2 procs on debufer till end since FAW loves to buff up 2-4 times in row and you can negate that with 2 debuffs.

I'm an intermediate-noob and can't take 2 steps without bumping into an Archwtich which is becoming more annoying than anything especially when they're now level 170+. For some reason those in the witch gates tend to be at lower levels so it doesn't take me 20 minutes and 4 BPs to kill one.

Aside from the 10x DMG cards only available through the summon, not really. Until you can get your hands on a team buffer F/AW encounters will be slow. Even single buffers are pretty good for new/-ish players.
Something I don't quite get from the faq
The way to maximize the soldier count is to upgrade by using two max level cards? And then after I merge the two I spent a shitload of arcanas on them to get max atk or def?
And the best way to get a card to max level from level 1 is to use slimes at lvl 27?
