It's only the 2nd time they have one during fall and judging by the number of circles it's about a third the size of a regular spring Reitaisai.
I don't have the map and the website only mentions "東ホール" so I'm not sure how spread out it is, but depending on how many they use it could actually be not that crowded. It's all just speculation though.
