I bought a Japanese laptop and changed the language to English but kept the keyboard in the Japanese configuration. It works well but sometimes it goes to US configuration even if I uninstalled it. Anyone have any idea of why this happens and how can I avoid/fix it?
More importantly is this the OS-tan thread?

Sure! there is no other thread is there? You can make it a moe mascot thread if you want.
I have the same problem, OP.
Which version of Windows are you on?
I'm using Windows 7 still.

Better off asking /g/
Might be because you've changed the language so it automatically associates the config.
Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Language > Advanced Settings > Change language bar hot keys > Between input languages > Change key sequence > Select "Not Assigned" for both.

I will post wallpaper latter.
Format the partition and reinstall the OS.
