Im sure a few of you /jp/sies have been to the anime street in Osaka before, I got to go yesterday but only saw a little bit so I want to try and commit for a full day tomorrow. Any particular shops you guys would recommend?
I went there last december. I liked osaka, but I was way too overwhelmed, I ended up just going to the Hanshin Tigers stadium and that main shopping district, something-bashi
I passed through Den Den, and it was nice, I thought the average shop was of a higher quality than those in Akiba. There were some nice airsoft places, nothing like Echigoya, but still nice. There are a lot stores that sell primarly ero VNs on the main road, I thought that was nice.
There's also a maid cafe that's pretty good near a radio store on a corner somewhere. I can't really remember, I'm a little fuzzy

It's likely not considered shameful in Japan. I went to an ero-store in Akiba and there were guys in business suits shopping together discussing the latest in plastic pussy technology.
Also, the counter is constructed in a way so that the clerc and patron can't see each others faces.
