What the fuck has become of this series? I remember when it was just some grimdark maxedge series created by a complete secondary, but now it's a Godzilla show? And the author decided to include the Mooncunts despite very clearly knowing nothing about them? And a "kaiju" Reimu is literally the same thing as a regular Reimu for some reason? And where the fuck did they even get several hundreds of thousands of kaiju-transformed youkai, after residents of Gensokyo (who weren't even that numerous to begin with) had been slaughtering each other for an eternity...

No, it feels like he has no control over the coherence of the plot. Deus Ex Machinas are getting pulled out left and right, while entire arcs' results are rendered moot with a last minute asspull. It's a clusterfuck.
So I'm trying to get /fit/, and I like to listen to music while I go running. I also don't know shit about Touhou other than cute girls shooting at each other and some cool music. What songs do you guys recommend for getting hyped up during exercise?

Just pick a Touhou medley and call it a day, you're not going to be paying enough attention to the songs to care anyway.
For getting hyped up, BUTAOTOME (Not including Nekokenban) and TAMAONSEN are your best choice

Bands with less impact yet still worth giving a shot are something along the line of Raccoon Factory or Marmalade Butcher
Marmalade Butcher is one of the best Post-Rock bands I've heard, so I'd recommend you go for that after getting bored of the two above
Lets talk about games featuring touhou characters that aren't danmaku
Because of the announcement of Etrian Odyssey V some weeks ago I decided to give Labyrinth of Touhou a try. Its pretty good, but I feel like I must be fucking something up because I'm having too much of a hard time against the bosses, receiving too much damage from their attacks and almost all my characters dying from two hits

I was planning on playing Koumajou Densetsu, the castlevania with touhou characters, but I don't know if to play the first or the second one, although since sakuya is my favorite touhou I might as well jump to the second, since most likely it will be more polished for having come afterwards
