i got 2 go-to random doodles when I'm feeling uninspired but I have to force myself to draw.
First is just faces, and when I'm feeling uninspired and loose and I don't give a fuck about how it looks it actually makes for some good stuff.
Second is really complicated detailed shit, like cities or armies, and those usually look like ass but they're fun to draw.

If I don't have inspiration, I listen to some music or look at pictures, or watch clips of movies that I like. I have a whole backlog of inspirational material that I haven't done anything with
If I'm having an art block, first I panic (and try to draw my panic), then I cry (and try to draw my desperation), and if I haven't gotten over my art block by then, I resort to going to draw threads on /v/ or /a/ and doing requests
