Only worth it for the animation program. You spend a lot of time on useless shit in the other programs.

Sheridan is a really decent school. Although I didn't there for illustration, I know it's really well regarded. Oakville is a reeeeeeally boring city though

I looked up the courses for both programs and they seem to be similar quality. Illustration also does lots of life drawing.

you can get a shitload of life drawing in regardless of the program. There's after hours life drawing for all VA programs. Imo the 3d knowledge and design knowledge you learn from Animation is more valuable than the stuff you learn in illustration.


I personally wouldn't attend unless you're going for animation, especially if you're not from the area/are an international student.

Also the dorms are shit, don't live on res.

I thought about going there but I'm going to a smaller/cheaper college instead. That said I've heard good things about there animation program.

If you commit and work hard good chance you'll leave with a job.
