1. Can't tell if it's a boy or girl; figure out a way to make the gender apparent, because right now it looks like a transsexual in the middle of resignment surgery. If you're going for gender ambiguity, then make that more apparent
2. Don't mix a highly detailed figure if you're not going to draw a face to.match it; there are only a handful of artists who pull this off properly and right now you're not one of them
3. The arm resting on the handle is out of perspective and arm is too taut; Set your hand on a table or chair a d note how tightly it's held to your body
4. Midsection is too long in comparison to the ribcage; go look at a skeleton and see the gap between the ribcage and the pelvis. It's not really that long, and the ribs don't potrude like that. Youre also missing some of the muscle development in the back. (I forget the name of them, but go look at a picture and you'll see what I mean)
5. Proportion is wonky overall; study loomis model of male/female proportiont to get a basic idea of reference points
Overall it's not really that terrible OP. I like the feeling of the sketch and the roughness of the lines. There's some limited sense of skill put into it, but the weaknesses are still apparent.
