Pan Pizza, get outta here and stop with all the painful neons everywhere! Less is more, friendo. You might be onto something with the stylization but you need to hit the basics and realistic rendering harder so you can actually use that line weight to make sense visually. You need the sticky bucko! I'm only replying because I'm happy to see any Ghostbusters fanart.

You're great at design, with a lot of good use of negative space and line thickness that emphasizes the characters forms. Just work on your colors, which are way too basic and garish. I would also exaggerate the poses more: the characters feel as if they can't fully extend their limbs.
