This guy is right >>2546850 , but not only values, but also volumes and proper head proportions in regards to other muscle groups in your body can't be drawn properly without high-res nude figure with proper lightning. It's best if your figure has dynamic hip twist as Vilppu teaches. Make sure to properly show your gluteus maximus.
