Does anyone know what type of pencil this is? I know it's not much to go off of but I need a decent pencil for sketch/drawing details

Dont know pic but can recommend steadtlers leadholder, pretty good. Other than that the mechanical pencil is not as important, since you are drawing whats in it.

That's a Pentel Graph Gear 1000, the 0.5mm one.
It's more of a drafting pencil. Nice to use on a ruler. I would use a lead holder instead for drawing, and if you need something with detail, any mechanical pencil would suffice, no need to spend >10 bucks on this one.
