I can see you are a fan of Jaime. Your brushwork and edges are quite nice, and I think your observational work is strong. The issue I see is when it comes to creative pieces like the one you posted--you can be thinking more about value patterns and larger shape design. You can figure out where you want to draw the attention of the viewer and push the contrasts there (I don't mean just value). Like to improve the storytelling aspect of this you want the attention on the decree or whatever he is holding, so make sure the viewer notices it.
Figure out where you can remove detail or simplify shapes. In this one the grass area is just random noise that doesn't add anything to the image and distracts. I would either simplify it or make those shapes more specific and have more meaning.
Also check your monitor calibration as your image is super dark. I did a quick paintover with some colour/value correction and some minor changes simplifying areas or adding a bit more ambient light on the top planes and stuff. It was done with the trackpad on my laptop so is not the best.

Consider the relations between other 'pairs' in the image, the pauldrons, weapons, boots etc. The ratio of sizes between left and right is more extreme in the eyes compared to anything else and its noticeable.

Drawing off and on for years. Painting started in feb of last year with that terrible i-no.
I'd say that most of my art is done in that time frame, 7-10 hours in one sitting, even from back then. The only time I take more time is when it's a commission I have to be extra judicious about or am unfamiliar with rendering (saltyicecream's goblins, aria car)-- in those cases, I work for shorter amount of time but in multiple sittings to make sure I'm looking at it with fresh eyes.

well, I am pretty much a beginner at this point and I wouldn't say the rendering is good.
