So in July I'm gonna take a drawing exam to an art school (of course conventional still life on 70x50 cm paper). My problem is, as long as my drawings are good enough to pass it with at least 90%, I can't make it within these 2 hours that will be given for the whole piece.
Therefore, my question is - any tips, exercises, whatever to help me speed up?

most likely the time is set to be just right, if you need more than 2h to get it over 90, I doubt you actually can even with more time

Set up a different random still life every day and draw it for two hours. Do this every day until the exam. After each session ends, walk away and come back in an hour to asses your work. As you see patterns in your inaccuracy or inefficiency, work on them. If you find after several attempts at self-correction and critical thought about your issues thy have not begun to improve, ask for very pointed specific advice. Do this every day. It should take you about 4 hours to complete the process. If you really want this you will do it.
