If you have a small fanbase, you're not gonna get lots of commissions of things you like. Start living in the real world, you need to do things other people like to really make money unless of course you become super popular somehow. Do you want to draw your stupid loli futa porn? Become popular.
Do you want to be a commercial artist that does work for other companies? Get good and get your name out there, write to artists and art directors, go to conventions etc.
