It's an interesting concept, it looks like she's doing some kind of self-observation. The natural thing would be to have a wider composition, where a professional photographer is observing her.
It's either going to become very abstract or pointillist. Ideally the latter. The eyes are clearly our focal point here, but they don't really come forward because the rest of the painting is so warm.
