As for OP I'm still more a consumer of art than a producer; I consider trains to be pleasant rolling art shows and am happy to live in a town where ones often slip through coated head to toe with all manor of tags. As a fan of various typefaces and their design philosophies I can't help but pick apart the choices made within the more technically impressive pieces.
My favorite tag spotted recently was a sharp italicized piece with a virtical dark blue to light blue gradient that simply spelled out the word ERASE.

I actually go to my local mall to get old posters from stores to paint on. Vinyl posters are actually awesome for spraypaint. I just started on one and thinking of doing the others in the summer
