But if they made him any smaller you wouldn't be able to see him clearly as a part of the composition/focal point when viewed at the size of a CD.

I would have made him a little bit smaller, but just small enough to make people question what looks out of place on the top of the CN Tower. They'd squint at the photo and see drake up there.
