Had the Starfire pic a thread or two ago...still working on it, but in the meantime been working on a couple new pics and this one is going well i think. It's supposed to be Pharah and Zarya from Overwatch. I can see Zaryas feet are a bit wonky and i am having trouble drawing a foot from behind. I reworked Pharahs tits a few times and i guess i'm generally happy with them for now. Still gotta work on the hands but i use regular copy paper and drawing small scale is difficult till i move it to tablet.

That being said, you need to work on your attitude. No matter how inane the criticism you receive is, you don't want to reply like an indignant, entitled idiot. It just makes you look bad.
Either ignore the trolls, or try to remain neutral. If you start acting pissy, people will start judging your art by your attitude, rather than the quality of your work.
As far as criticism is concerned, your art is kind of at a stylistic crossroad where it's hard to critique, because there aren't that many glaring flaws. The breasts and upper torso need some work, but otherwise it's passable.
The primary flaws are more closely related to the pose, the theme and the composition. It's just not very interesting to look at, because the character isn't projecting anything, and the style is kind of generic. She's just kinda there.
An imporant thing to consider when you're starting on a drawing, is what you want to express and what situation the character is in. Make your character show some kind of emotion. Give her something to do. Make the pose more expressive and dynamic. Show some personality. I'd also suggest playing around with perspective, angles, foreshortening and overlapping, because it makes the picture come alive. I'd also suggest not having the character look at the viewer, but focus on something else. If she's going to look at the viewer, she needs to convey some kind of emotion, because then her emotional response to the viewer becomes the theme of the picture.
Drawing a character dead on without any overarching theme or expression of emotion is usually something artists only do when they're making a character sheet.

You're totally right with the posing, theme etc being generic That's really something I have to work on. I guess I'm often times scared to butcher things so I stay in my comfort zone which is never good.
But another struggle that has been very massive for me is that I don't seem to be able to project what I learn about art in classes onto my own art. Also, the contrast between Fine Arts (which is basically taught everywhere by default) and commercial or comic-like art (which is what I do) is often times very confusing to me.

Another anon here, although I wasn't getting where you were getting this whole "perspective problem" from until I relooked that drawing again and I can see what you're refering to. The horizon line isn't the problem, persay, it's the lack of body direction that makes the whole thing look rather "flat", looks like the character is being "screwed" towards the right. This is usually the problem with using the "traditional frontal pose" beginners/intermediate artists struggle with, but that lack of good body direction and even a bit better shadow placement would overall make that picture better in general.
Is this ok as pinups go?

You can look at what "beaver" did, check the gurochan archives.
He drew comics involving guro, really appealed to a niche audience willing to pay a lot of money for quality commissions

Keep in mind that this guy was probably the most notable and popular artist in the scene.
I'd say, draw guro, make another handle, and draw normal smut. You can dip into the money pool of each, but don't corner yourself into one genre.
