I needed something to turn in for my art class final so I did this in about 30 min. It's my cat. Could I pass it off as an impressionistic piece or does it look like shit?

Impressionism, I dont know, the strokes are "spontaneous" enough but the lighting and atmosphere is rated poor or nonexistent, which is something impressionists mastered.
