Not bad anon, digging that Pascal Campion-vibe. Very charming. I think the shadows on the stone parts could be a touch lighter. The way you added a warm grey to the the steps in the shadows is great, if you could bring in a little more of that on the other part it would increase the feeling of reflected light. The sun on the sidewalk appears to be very bright, so the shadows definitely wouldn't be too dark.

very good anon. love your attention to weight distrbution and and smooth gestural lines.

how big is your sketchbook? i dont see why you would need to make such big gesture drawings. i would make them small to fit more. it makes it quick and saves you pages
Strugling with hands here. been trying to draw from mind.

Any tips on anatomy or how to watercolor? Haven't been in the watercolor biz for long and any tips would be appreciated.

I am obviously a noob at digital painting and painting in general, but how would you rate my shading so far? Should I rather stick to cel-shading?

>>2497375
This is money, perfect. But is all of this made with pencil?

watercolor is hard for anatomy, especially in beginners. Focus on the big masses, and work with shadows and light to give the volume, rather than trying to do the muscle in detail, at least to start
>>
>>2497707
Trying to work from light to dark but it's hard to know where to keep the white. When you say work with the big masses, you just mean the general shape of the subject?here's my current wip, thinks it going much better than my back.
>>
>>2497668
looks pretty good so far. I hope those aren't the final values though. are you going to shade the furry bits to be more fur-like? Try and think about how light/shadow works on different materials.

Thanks! It certainly isn't final, I just marked the basic shades and now plan to proceed to experiment with stuff. Good point with the fur, I think this is what I will try to figure out next

Its a look more simplistic and cartoonish than what I usually see here, but I want the unbias opinion of strangers
>>
>>2497713
This is much better than I can do when it comes to hands right now. But it looks a little melted, or in an uncanny motion. It's a really interesting effect if it was done on purpose.

very amatuerish and heavy-handed

i so happy someone beat shit for brains to making the OP for the draw thread. i swear he stays up getting ready to pounce on the draw thread OP so he can shill his shit.

remember friends, the shitter your art, the harder and more frequently you post, because thats the only way it gathers any attention, through over posting every shitty sketch.

ever notice how catbib and the other gods only post like once every 2 months, its because good art gets attention regardless, even if you try and hide it from the world.

Note: brian stop posting every fucking sketch in the draw threads. you should have a max of 3 images in every draw thread, any more and there is something wrong with you if one requires that many revisions.
