I was joking but you're correct. The gains that you'd see would be significantly less than if you took your time and tried to learn something from every study that you did. You'd probably have really good line quality though.

Gesture Drawings: 30 sec * 100 = 3000 sec = 50 mins
10 hours / 100 figure studies = 6 minutes per study.
5 hours/ 100 value studies = 3 mins per value study.
5 hours / 100 color studies = 3 mins per color study
That gives you about 3 hours of sleep.
Lets make it a bit more realistic though.
Assuming you only need 4 hours 30 mins of sleep to function and the point of diminishing returns on a study is at 10 minutes.
You have 24 hours - 4.5 hours in your day:
19.5 hours
You spend 30 seconds on a gesture drawing:
~1 hour leaving you 18.5 hours left.
Figure drawing is more important than colours so you spend 10 minutes on each figure for 10 hours:
This gives you 60 figure drawings in 10 hours.
You have 8.5 hours left.
Value is more important than colour so you spend 6 hours on it every 10 minutes:
You have done 36 value studies.
2 hours are spent on colour every 10 minutes:
You do 12 colour studies.
The remaining .5 is spent on showering and eating.
You have: 4.5 hours of sleep.
You have: 10 hours (60 studies) of figure drawings.
You have: 6 hours (36 studies) of value drawings.
You have: 2 hours (12 studies) of colour drawings.

Gesture drawing is about getting the feel of what the body is doing and then filling in then contours .Depending the time given it can be as simple as 7 lines to just depict the feeling on what the body is doing in 30secs or as complexe as complete figure in 2minutes, just giving less priority of proportions and more priority to feeling the body.
