I cant really distinguish between the long hair on the pillow or the folds on the pillow that the weight of the head does. Also, not a fan of the harsh, sloppy-looking hatchings around the figure and the weird square-thingy. I would do a general, smooth tone to make a contrast between the body and the ground it is laying on. The circular injuries on the leg look noice though i would have left out the cubes and the weird operation-line.
Basically make it a little more clearer and less confusing.
