I've never seen the ttgl books on Amazon for a reasonable price. I usually batch order from hlj with models and such.
There is a KLK production note, I forgot if there are groundwork art books, but nowadays the most interesting animations are cg, so I'm not sure if there is any artwork for those scenes.

Downloading all images that meet certain criteria from the internet is a very old problem that has been solved many times over.
Personally, I use the following Firefox extensions when I'm selectively saving images (and wget for blindly downloading batches):
Save Images: saves images that are open in your browser from the cache (so they aren't downloaded twice). You can filter what gets saved and a lot of other stuff.
DownThemAll!: a great all around download manager, supports batch downloads, sniffing flash videos, too much to list really. Has a neat one-click feature that will save any link or image you click on.
Greasemonkey: for use with cool shit like the other anon posted. Makes most popular web pages better.
Depending on the site, I usually just open a fuckton of tabs, cycle through them to see which ones I actually want to save while killing the tabs I don't want to, and then use Save Images to save them all and close each tab an image was saved from. They'll all have similar timestamps if I want to sort them later.
Wget has been documented to hell and back, so I won't go into that. A lot of this stuff is complicated at first, but once you know what you're doing one line of code can rip whatever you want from any site.

Should I go through keys to Drawing before fun with a pencil? I find that I lack hand eye coordination skills. Any books that would help me improve that?

I think keys to drawing is better first. It's more liberating. Far too often you see people start with fun with pencil and mindlessly copy those fucking cartoon heads.
Drawing on the right side of the brain could help you with hand eye coordination.

All the books were downloaded except for "Color and Light - A Guide for the Realist Painter" by James Gurney keeps freezing at 100% and not finalizing the download.
