I've lately begun to really dig the art by the porn toon artist The PIT. I've been drawing my own porn toons for a long while and having seen his work would like to be able to draw exactly like him. Is it possible to draw exactly the same as someone else? If so how should I go about this?

If you've got fundamentals you should be able to see what features he alters and how they differ from the normal. Then you just apply the alterations until they start to feel normal, I guess?
I personally think you'll have to speak with the artist himself if you want a thorough explanation on his design philosophy.

I'd say it's a combination of lack of skill (anybody who's half decent doesn't want to have anything to do with porn or shitty commissions. Since porn is mostly commission based, that's a double no-go), lack of institutionalized porn comics (in Japan, most ero artists publish their stuff on monthly magazines first. Others might publish them at conventions where it's completely normal. There are very few booths in western Cons where you can find erotic stuff) and general lack of interest in comics especially as a source of sexual relief (compare the amount of fanservice in mainstream manga/anime to western comics/cartoons).
For instance, think about your average aspiring comic artist in America. He probably reads cape comics and want to do just that, shit out more cape comics. What are the chance this guy liked said comics mostly for their sexual appeal? Or that he might think he will grow up and become an erotic comic artist? He would probably just get a job at McDonald.
Compare it to a Japanese boy who even if he bought a super mainstream magazine like Jump, still found in it stuff like To-Love Ru and plenty of fanservice in more than half of what's published there. Hell he might buy it just for that. Now that's someone who could end up drawing basically just that for a living.

OP's pic is actually an improvement over the blonde that i altered before. If PIT reads this i have just a few tips. The brunettes chin is better and her jaw seems less angular, but you're still making the lips just a bit too ridiculous...I think they can be plump without looking like a 70 year olds too-many-plastic-surgeries look. Get rid of the lines for the cheeks, bridge of the nose, and under the nose tip. Lines on a female face convey either old age or masculinity. If you need the lines during construction that's fine but blend them in later. The eyes look nice, but the ears are too low...The top of the ear should be at level with the brow...not the eyebrow...the brow. Hair looks nice and body is nice for a fit/muscular chick, but i'd tone down the obliques just a bit.

Americans pump all of their money into the porn industry, it's more desirable to see a recording of people fucking there. Illustrated porn is more of a niche thing, popular among people under 25, and marginals, so not much money for it. That'll change though, it's becoming normalised pretty quickly.
