Personally I know of none but you can get quiet realistic with SAI.

Well, i see a lot of realistics drawings in photoshop, but few in SAI, and i like draw in SAI and i want improve and watch techniques with that program.

I like using SAI. Actually it's my rendering software then I just do adjustments (rarely) in photoshop.
Speedpaint, however , I do alot of it in photoshop.

Also, it's not really the program as much as it is the artist. If it lays down the mark you want it to, then it'll probably work out.
Although, SAI does have the advantage of being more lightweight and easier on your computer for larger files, so it's great if you own a toaster.
