I'm always fair with my critiques and I've never had a single person say "show your work" after I'd critiqued them because I'm not going out of my way to be an asshole making flippant vague negative statements about other people's art to troll them.

The orginal artist was some guy who posted about being depressed because a potential game studio passed him up for being openly gay. Unfortunately he wasn't able to prove it. (Thier loss if you aske me)
At the same time in another thread he got into an arguement with some autist about how /ic/ critiques. He started getting the threads mixed up and everyone figured it out. Shitposting galore.
Well, some how the discussions became about hooking up and someone posted the pic saying to open it to find them, hint hint.
And that was how the meme was born.

OP here. I used a Deathelm painting for this thread to see if anyone would talk about him.
I would consider Deathelm to be something of an /ic/ meme. He was a very funny personality and trolls would often use his name to create more drama on here. His character was basically some angry dude who wants to be a concept artist that doesn't take feedback well, and sometimes rages with multiple posts in a row that would always end up straying from whatever topic and focusing on drama about his girlfriend.
His artwork was allways WWII or alternate history future WWII and you would wonder whether or not he really loved Nazi germany.
That's basically what i can remember about him.
