What is the best software to draw using a mouse? I am both poor and stingy and can't be fucked to buy a tablet, and I also don't have a scanner to upload my pen and paper drawings.
Illustrator or any vector program, really.
They're less about the gesture of drawing but rather pulling and manipulating curves and shapes to draw.
Drawing with a mouse in a raster-based software is fundamentally retarded, and a massive waste of time.

I know a guy who only draws with a mouse in MSPaint, so it's more pixelarty, but still comes out looking pretty decent.
