Arm on the left is connected to the shoulder in a strange way, the shape of the upper arm is wrong (if you follow what you see it's just a big upside down cone), the ear shouldn't even connect down past the jaw it looks stupid that way. The left thigh is WAY too large, cut that leg's length by like 1/4, dude. The foot on the left is also very fucked, feet are not shaped that way and definitely don't take pressure like that unless in ballerina shoes, look at a ref of someone tip-toeing or squatting. The balance of the whole pose is off, that tail is causing a tangent with the right side knee.
