ok so as far as i can tell OP is some sort of autistic faggot, but i think this is actually a pretty cool idea.
Basically the way it works is like this:
> you get some autist points from the OP to make a character
> you make a character
> drawing your character doing cool shit gets you more autist points
> more autist points lets you update your character
There also appear to be two different kinds of autist points. Gonna read the post and actually try this shit out.

Why can't we just have simple character design threads anymore? You know, someone posts a random character generator and we just draw whatever we roll. Or someone posts an interesting image and we do designs based on that, without copying it. Those threads used to be so much fun and always had plenty of people participating and then suddenly they just stopped.
I really appreciate what you are trying to do OP, but why can't you keep it simple?
I actually think this is a great concept, it's a shame it seems like no one's interested...
