I'm not an animator, I've animated stuff before but I don't think it impacted my stuff much, although I have done a lot of gestures, which is common practice with animators I think. If you mean because of the lines in that picture, it's honestly just being confident with lines, use your elbow and shoulder instead of the wrist, although for smaller lines, wrist is better. I also had a rougher sketch and I did the lineart on another layer, the rest is just practice I guess.

The way I see it is that you do as much as you can, and save only thirty minutes for when you're really busy and tired. You won't git gud drawing only 30 minutes per day. You can do studies in that time, but a finished piece would take many days of WIPs and no one wants that.

I usually change my usual brush to something else or i would just find reaction image i like and study it. You could also look through your fav artist folder. Or try another drawing program or app. Change of environment if usually stimulating, like another anon pointed out, but so are other things. Make a cup of coffee or 2.

But there is enjoyment in studies. You get to see yourself learn and make small improvements every time you do it. You can do studies of things you like to draw. Studies do sometimes suck, but you should be able to get some sort of satisfaction from the act.
Maybe it might help if you did imagination/reference drawings applying the knowledge you learned from the studies you're doing in parallel.
