Drawing and painting is first and foremost about communication and I don't feel your image is telling me anything interesting. You humans are a bit too stiff and oddly blobby too with a lighting that makes then seem detached from the rest of the image.
You seem to want to use saturation to lead the viewers eye but that works poorly as the image is too desaturated most places. I tried to throw a few auto levels on to it to show what I'm talking about.
Anyway, just my amateurish opinion.
