This. Unfortunately the program, as great as it is to sketch in, just isn't that great compared to other programs out there. I reccommend krita, it's free. I love it but takes a bit to figure out how to adjust the tools (or it did for me because i'm retarded)

You don't have the spark.
Just use clip paint, it's better than SAI in everyway and priced the same
you can pretty much emulate all of SAI's functions in clip if you can't ween yourself out of it
