For starters, I'm not seeing any hints of where the pubic area of the crotch ends, and where the dick would start.
It just looks like the pubic hair would continue down to the bottom, with no penis there at all.
Now, if your goal was to draw a cuntboy, yeah that'd be fine.
The solid black pants distract from the form of the legs, consider redrawing them so that the leg shapes are expressed correctly, and so that creases are shown.
Don't just make a selection and fill it black.
Lastly, many spots are missing the definition of muscle, tendon and bone. Most prominently, what sticks out to me the most is the anatomy around the under-arm is missing, it's been over-simplified into three shapes that form the chest, rib and arm.

If I use that midna pic as an example of what you are doing wrong with your lineart, I'd say your construction isn't thorough enough.
Creating a believable 3D scene doesn't involve only understanding of shadow and light, but you have to take it into account already in the lineart phase. You can of course improve depth of an image with good coloring and shading, but if the lineart and the shapes are flat, then you have to be damn good to fix that with shading.
The main problem with your midna pic is that the perspective of her body isn't consistent throughout all of it. Her head is almost frontal to the viewer, while her entire body is almost sideways, and there is no clear indication that would suggest she's turning her head. Why is this happening? Because you didn't give enough depth to her head and you didn't take into account the length of her neck. Plus you drew her helm and ears literally frontal to the viewer.
Another thing that creates a great illusion of depth using only lineart is proper use of lineweight. The lines that are closer to the viewer are thicker than the ones that are more distant. Your lineart lacks this a lot. The contour lines on her face and helmet are of the same thickness as the contour lines of her ass. This is called atmospheric perspective and you used it on the background where you didn't apply any lineart at all. And you can clearly see how the figure pops out and gives the illusion of being closer to the viewer (this would have been clear even without the coloring and the scale of the character compared to the stairs).

I like how you draw faces. Here the eyes are a bit flat, but it's nothing serious. Her torso is a bit wonky. Her left pectoral muscle should attach under the bicep forming the armpit. Right now it latches upwards towards the clavicle. The left shoulder is also a bit too high imo, and that gives the feeling that she's not relaxed. The boobs are a bit overly simplified and could use a better shaping so that they don't look so round and artificial.
I don't know what you were aiming for with such a defined hand, but I think you give way too much thought to the construction of the fingers. Imo you should let lose and use more gesture on such parts, to avoid making it look stiff. Also a tip, resting fingers tend to bend mainly at the second joint and very subtly or not at all at the third one.
Also the perspective of the hand and the lenght of the fingers is a bit off.
This is all nitpicking. All in all this pic looks very appealing, mainly because of the soothing and inviting expression imo, so try to keep this in mind and build your future art around this strength of yours.

I always find it weird when there's soft, detailed shading on the body, the nipples in this case, and the the eye is painted so flatly with what's basically cell shading. For instance the highlight on the edge of the iris is cut off by the edge of the iris instead of continuing onto the white of the eye, despite the fact that it's not the iris but the eyeball itself that's casting that reflection. Also the chest is treated to a soft gradation of shading, but the eye only has a hard cell-shade that doesn't really follow the thought that it's an inset-sphere, most notably on the bottom right where the shadow curves outward, suggesting a concave (or at best flat) surface instead of following the curve of the eyeball.
