It has no sense of real depth, and your perspective is off by so much that the background looks metres off.
Start by reading the books described in the sticky, learn to construct a form, and finally learn perspective. Also imagine everything as boxes.
What you're doing right now is symbol drawing like crazy, drawing what you think should go where on a 2 dimensional scene. You need to learn to perceive and create an image as a 3-dimensional landscape
Just remember you're never going to be satisfied with your work, and if you do, you start to turn either crap or into a dick
