I find combining attributes from two people I know into one person helps.
Like say I have a friend who is very gentle and quite, but I also have a friend who is legit stupid but thinks they know everything.
So bam, a quite, nonconfrontational person who is kinda quite cuz they think thier super intellegent, but actually they are the dumb.
It's a start.
