Some places (like the Graphic Artist Guild for example) might consider you a pro if more than 50% of your income is made from art. Too many people on IC think unless you look like "x" artist you're not "pro level".

If people make a living from their art no matter the skill level they're professional. The term "pro level" is subjective and doesn't really mean anything outside the niche amateur online art world.
The gauge of "pro" level work also has a lot to do with what field you work in, Editorial or Children's book illustrations are still "pro" even if they don't look like mullins. (Despite what many people on here seem to think.)
